International Day 2.25.26
Get excited! Elm Lawn’s International Day is February 25th! - A celebration of diversity in our school community. Kids will learn about different, cultures, language and traditions from around the world. Bring on the international knowledge and pride!

Time: 7:15a-12:00p
Location: Elm Lawn’s Gym
We are looking for volunteers to make this all possible! It’s a great opportunity to see your kids during the day (and learn a few things too). Take 1/2 day off or just a few hours to be apart of this awesome event! Don’t wait, slots will fill up! Ways to participate:
Be an Ambassador!
We are looking for volunteers with roots (even very distant) from anywhere in the world to share the culture, clothing, history, dance, music, tradition, etc. Then, stamp their passports as they move through the gym toward their next country.

Be a tour guide!
Escort a small group of explorers through different countries. After learning a few fun facts about the country, the students get their passports stamped and continue their world tour through Elm Lawn’s gym. Will need an active background check through the office.

Be an organizer!
Help support this event by helping to: decorate, clean up, sit at welcome table, make copies, bring in supplies, help with snacks etc.
