Happy February! We hope you are staying warm and enjoying the winter season. The PTO hosted the monthly meeting on February 14 in the LMC at Elm Lawn. Parents and staff received updates from both Principal Rust and Dr. Monogue. Ashley Weber, the Advanced Learning Specialist, also shared information about advanced learning opportunities at Elm Lawn and shared important information about the upcoming Science Fair on February 26. March 8 & 11: Family Engagement Sessions: This is a valuable time to discuss your child's progress and any concerns with their teachers. Be on the lookout for sign-up sheets coming home soon.
March 13: PTO Meeting: Please join us to receive monthly updates from school/district staff and learn about upcoming activities of the PTO. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
March 19: Jason’s Deli Restaurant Fundraiser, 5-9 PM: Take the night off from prepping dinner and grab food for your family at Jason’s Deli. A portion of the proceeds will go to the PTO! Your support makes a big difference in our school community.

April 10: Yearbook Order Deadline: Be on the lookout later this spring for information about how to get your kid(s) a yearbook.
April 15: Culver’s Fundraiser: Be sure to mark your calendar for the annual Culver’s Fundraiser. Some of our dedicated teachers and staff will be there to serve your kids their Culver’s meal!
May 5-9: Staff Appreciation Week: In late spring, we will recognize our dedicated Elm Lawn educators with goodies and gifts to thank them for all they do.

May 14: Hot Dog Hussle & BOGO Bookfair: This is a great opportunity to stock up on new books and support our school. Volunteers are needed to help with setup, sales, and cleanup. Please sign up if you can lend a hand!
